South Florida's largest market for residential and commercial wine rooms

Wine Cellar Installation in Miami, Florida

Installation is where a design either holds up or unravels. We prepare the space, install the racking and climate equipment, finish the room and hand it over working — rather than delivering components for someone else to assemble..

What Miami changes

Most Miami installations are in occupied buildings rather than construction sites: service elevators, loading dock windows, condo association rules and neighbours. We schedule and stage around that, because in a tower the installation plan matters as much as the design.

Miami's wine culture has grown dramatically over the past decade, driven by a wave of internationally-minded residents and a world-class restaurant scene. Dragon Cellars serves both ends of this market — private residential clients seeking a statement wine room and restaurant operators who need a cellar that performs as beautifully as it looks.

In Miami, we've worked in high-rise penthouses in Brickell, waterfront estates in Miami Beach, and commercial venues across the Design District and Wynwood. Each project presents unique structural and climate challenges — Miami's humidity and heat require serious refrigeration engineering, not just aesthetic design. Dragon Cellars brings both. From 200-bottle built-ins to walk-in rooms with full climate control and custom display systems, our Miami portfolio reflects the diversity and ambition of the city itself.

Common questions

How long does installation take?
It depends on the scope. A cabinet can be placed in a day; a full climate-controlled room with glazing and custom racking runs considerably longer, and the schedule is set once the design is approved.
Do you handle the construction work too?
We handle the cellar: insulation, vapour barrier, racking, glazing, lighting and climate. Where broader construction is involved we coordinate with the builder already on site.
What happens after installation?
The cooling system is commissioned and the room brought to temperature. Optional semi-annual maintenance keeps it there.
