Boca Raton's Wine Culture: A City That Appreciates Luxury

Boca Raton has long been synonymous with refined living. At Dragon Cellars, we've had the privilege of building wine cellars throughout Boca Raton's most prestigious neighborhoods. Here we showcase ten of our most impressive projects.

#10: The Minimalist Modern

A 400-bottle minimalist cellar featuring frameless tempered glass walls, brushed stainless steel racking, and LED strip lighting that creates a soft amber glow throughout the space.

#9: Mediterranean Revival Wine Room

Reclaimed brick veneer, hand-forged iron wine racks, and a barrel-vaulted ceiling finished in aged plaster. A custom tasting table in live-edge walnut makes this wine room a destination within the home.

#8: The Glass Tower

This floor-to-ceiling glass wine tower rises 14 feet in the foyer of a waterfront estate. The cylindrical glass structure houses 2,000 bottles and has been featured in two architectural publications.

#7 through #1: More Extraordinary Boca Raton Cellars

From the converted garage at Mizner Country Club (1,200 bottles), to the Collector's Sanctuary with 3,000 bottles, to the Tuscan Wine Estate at Boca Country Club, to the ultimate 5,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room at Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, each project is a unique expression of luxury living in Boca Raton.

Design Trends in Boca Raton Wine Cellars

Glass walls have replaced solid walls as the dominant choice. LED lighting and technology integration from smart temperature monitoring to inventory management apps are now expected rather than exceptional.
